We have studied for many years to reach the  perfect fusion between verve and practically for gold and jewellery products. Because the majority of our work is hand-crafted it takes over 50 meticulous steps in order to sculpt each of our accessories.

Processing an Order...

When purchase order is acquired, our team will provide an order acknowledgement and approval drawings along with a product delivery date.  We realize that it is a lot of work to sign the acknowledgement and drawings, but since we handcrafted everything to order we have found this to be the best way to ensure that we produce exactly what you want and need. If requested, Our jewelry stylist team will coordinate directly with you, to process the approval drawings for your project (this is our preference and leads to the tiniest mistakes). We will not start production without signed approval drawings or sample picture and final credit arrangements. Once your order has released for production, the product may be produced at any time.  Any changes to the order after the release may result in additional costs.  Since all products are handcraft for the order, we will do our best to minimize costs for all change orders.

We offer a one year warranty on all our jewelry for damage caused by manufacturing defects. Please contact the shop where you purchased the item and we will be very happy to assist you.

Jewellery Care

All types of jewellery should be treated with care to keep in the best looking. It is also important to regularly check your jewellery for signs of damage. If you find any, get it fixed as soon as possible.

Diamonds

Your diamond will last forever, but special care should be given to cleaning and storing to maintain its sparkle. One diamond can scratch another so it's best to store them separately. To help keep their lustre gently clean with a mild cleaning solution, rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Gold

To enjoy your gold for years to come, polish regularly with a soft cloth to bring out its vibrant shine. It's also best to store your gold jewellery separately to avoid discolouration from other metal types.
