Warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATION

ONE YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

we offer a one year warranty on all of our jewelry for damage caused by manufacturing defects. please contact the shop where you purchased the item and we will be happy to assist you. due to the delicate nature of our pieces, it’s best to store jewelry in their dust bags. please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by.

Free of Labor charge for cleaning, renew, repair, or adjust size(if available)**  for all items (exclude make to order item) from our store  at    TamaJewelry at All Season Place shop(witthayu road) and  at Jinjiang Gallery crystal shopping complex (Praditmanuthum road)  or online store ONLY

 

PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY

If you need repairs outside of our warranties, we invite you to contact our shop in Bangkok. they restore all gold and jewellery items, please visit  website at www.tmkgold.com to make arrangements. or visit our nearest store , we will be happy to help you locate a repair facility.

 

In-store Buyer Guide

  • Always keep receipts in case you need to return faulty goods. Without a receipt you may only be entitled to an exchange, or at best a refund of what the item is currently worth. After completed order and payments, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, after 24 hours, we can not refund full amount that you have paid. Contact our customer service to check how much the item is currently worth. (please read our return policy.)

  • Shop around before you buy. You are not entitled to a refund or exchange just because you have seen you purchase cheaper elsewhere. A shopper has no legal rights to return an item just because they have changed their mind about it.

  • If you have a complaint, go to see the retailer. If that fails, send a letter email or fax. First, when you buy a product, you contract is with retailer and not manufacturer, if the shop tell you to go manufacturer, they are wrong.

  • Act on recommendation from friend and family, rather than swish ads, when making any big purchase.

  • Before signing any contract, especially for credit, read a small print.

 

Jewellery Care

All types of jewellery should be treated with care to keep it looking its best. It is also important to regularly check your jewellery for signs of damage. If you find any, get it fixed as soon as possible.

Diamonds

Your diamond will last forever, but special care should be given to cleaning and storing to maintain its sparkle. One diamond can scratch another so it's best to store them separately. To help keep their lustre gently clean with a mild cleaning solution, rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth.

Gold

To enjoy your gold for years to come, polish regularly with a soft cloth to bring out its vibrant shine. It's also best to store your gold jewellery separately to avoid discolouration from other metal types.

White gold 

Most white gold items are enhanced with plating, giving a highly reflective white surface. Over time, this surface may lose some brightness, which is perfectly normal. We will re-plate any white gold jewellery which was bought from us free of charge within 12 months, as long as you have proof of purchase.

Gemstones Ruby, sapphire, topaz or amethyst – all gemstones are precious. So, after wearing your gemstone jewellery it's best to store it in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box. For a quick clean, wipe the stones with a soft cloth. Some gemstones need to avoid contact with soap, water and liquid cleaners – if you are unsure of what's best for your jewellery please ask a member of staff.

 

Free jewellery cleaning

We offer a complimentary cleaning service so that your jewellery looks as bright and exquisite as the day you bought it. Please ask in-store for details.

How It Works

RETURNS POLICY

( APPLIES FOR  ONLINE STORE  ONLY)

Faulty goods

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. If any item you purchase is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days,  you have the right to claim a free repair labour charge or replacement if available.  Please contact our Customer Services Team should you wish to return a faulty item.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. However if an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you.

 

Condition of returns

All items should be returned new and unused, with the original tag intact and with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Any authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

Please contact  Customer Services Team if any of your purchases have been delivered without   'Please Do Not Remove' tags. All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.

Non-returnable items

  • Jewellery for pierced ears

  • Any other items designated as non refundable at the time of    purchase.

  • Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise make to your specification

Late  Returns

We receive outside of our 14 days returns policy without prior notification will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.

Make to Order Service

After you complete make to order deposit payment, if you change your mind. Advance deposit payment for make to order service are fully refund VIA THAI BANK TRANSFER ONLY

In-store Purchases -  only if a manufacturing fault occurs

Purchases made instore will be offered an exchange for a gift card or a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. (NO CASH REFUND),  All goods must be returned WITHIN 24 HOURS  and in perfect condition along with proof of purchase. The following items purchased instore are exempt from refund or exchange, unless faulty:

  • Sale items (purchased in store)

  • Jewellery for pierced ears

  • All product and service are purchases in-store.

  • Any other items designated as non refundable at the time of    purchase

How We Do It

Place your order online and collect from your   nearest store    when it suits you.

When your items are ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know they've arrived.

Our convenient and complimentary Collect in Store service is available at all our BANGKOK stores

PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE

 

Standard Delivery (FREE)- within 120KM from Bangkok only

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it by 8pm within 3 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for SOME AREA. Consider fashionably late. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your order and an option of changing the delivery date. Your signature will be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. Order by 3pm Monday 18 December for delivery before Christmas.

 

Express Delivery (800THB) - Bangkok only

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it by 8pm the next working day (please note not all products are available for Express Delivery). Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following working Monday. Please allow a further 1-2 working days for SOME AREA. Consider fashionably late. All purchases can be fully tracked.

 

Same Day Delivery from Store - Price varies

Place your order in-store or over the phone and we'll deliver it to your chosen address (within a 15.5KM. radius of the store) on the same day or nominated day that's convenient for you. Same applies for Collect in Store purchases that can no longer be collected.

  • Our convenient and stress-free Same Day Delivery Service is available at all our BANGKOK stores

  • The delivery charge will vary depending on distance and size of the purchase which will be quoted by the Stylist.

  • All couriered purchases can be fully tracked from store to your home. You will need to sign for your delivery.

  • Please note that uncollected Collect in Store orders and over the phone purchases will need to be delivered to the billing address that's assigned to the card that was payed with.
